Content<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column table-td is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Goal 1: To establish and institutionalize a telework system to realize diverse work styles.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\uff3bInitiatives\uff3d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>April 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Identify challenges and consider solutions for formalizing a telework system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Inform employees about the new system as it&#8217;s being formalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Stipulate the new system within the company&#8217;s rules of employment and other regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>April 2022 ~\u3000\u3000Review the system after implementation to identify and address any issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Goal 2: To introduce a new work shift system, allowing employees to choose a schedule that fits their lifestyle and work tasks.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\uff3bInitiatives\uff3d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>May 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Check the working status of each department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Consider new work shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Establish and inform employees of the new work shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>April 2022 ~\u3000\u3000Review the working status of each department at the end of each fiscal year and consider introducing new shifts as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Goal 3: Aim to achieve a paid leave utilization rate of 70% or higher for both men and women.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\uff3bInitiatives\uff3d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>September 2021 ~\u3000\u3000Confirm and disclose the status of paid leave taken to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 2021 ~\u3000 Check the usage status of employees and their managers who have taken less leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>February 2022 ~\u3000\u3000Review the previous year&#8217;s paid leave usage.
